Andrew Mavin - An Introduction

Andrew Mavin is an English-born professional musician and arranger living in Brussels . Over the past 15 years he has written, arranged, conducted, and performed sessions in a variety of live and studio settings including symphonic orchestras, wind and brass bands, soul and rock bands.


After many years of collaborative sessions (see additional references below) and orchestral work, Mavin gained commercial success and critical acclaim 2000 with the release of “Chris’s Living Room (performed by Mavin & Priore) which topped the Dutch charts for a number of weeks.

Relocating to Belgium in 2004, he returned to multi-instrument sessions with various artists and began developing a solo, acoustic guitar, ‘singer-songwriter’ show.

Today, Andrew performs around 90+ solo and session shows a year and continues to lend his experience to other artists in the studio. He has released a 6 track EP, Produced by Ali Reay which is now available here

The work from this EP was noticed by Quetzal Records and together they are currently setting up a series of showcase events under the guise of “The Andrew Mavin Project” consisting of the incredible talents of Bruno Castellucci, Stephane Mercier, Thierry Rombaux and Marie Bauwens.
